1) Membership:
        i) Membership is not subject to an expiry date. We will notify members in the event of termination of service. 
         ii) You may terminate your membership at any time by sending the word ‘Terminate’ along with your name and membership number to mail@thesecretsagency.com. You will then be required to return your membership card. 
         iii) You understand that all the information you include in your membership form must be accurate and current. You accept responsibility for notifying The Agency of any changes to personal details. We cannot accept responsibility for correspondence sent to a former address.
         iv) You understand that we do not screen or inquire into the backgrounds of our members other than the details requested through application. 
         v) The Agency is not responsible for the behaviour, whether or not in relation to the service, of its members.

 2) Data Protection:
         i) We will not use your personal information for any reason other than necessary communication from The Agency. We will not pass on your information to a third party.          
         ii) Personal information will be destroyed at the discretion of The Agency or upon written request from the member. 
         iii) Any loss or damage of data is not the responsibility of The Agency. We send correspondence via the postal system or e-mail and the Agency cannot accept any responsibility for loss, theft or leaked information through the delivery process.

3) Usage:
         i) The Agency is intended for personal use only and is not a business solution.
         ii) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information received from The Agency, including your membership number. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your name or membership number. You agree to notify The Agency of any unauthorised use of your membership. 
         iii) You understand that although the Agency hand-matches each secret to a keeper, there is no guarantee of the compatibility of such members. Secrets will be matched as closely as possible to suitable keepers however we cannot accept any responsibility for the information or Secret once it has been posted on to the Keeper.
         iv) The Agency does not adopt, endorse or accept any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information submitted by its members. Under no circumstance will The Agency be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information (i.e. secrets sent to keepers). 
         v) The Agency reserves the right to censor or discard unsuitable secrets at its own discretion. The Agency is under a duty to disclose information that it deems to be of importance to relevant authorities, including without limitation, in the interest of Child Protection and Anti-Terrorism. 
         vi) You understand that secrets must not involve the transmission of "junk mail" or "chain letters".

4) General:
         i) Use of this service is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall The Agency be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications between The Agency and its members. 
         ii) We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time.
         iii) We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms and Conditions will be made available upon request and will be posted on the website (http://www.thesecretsagency.com/). 
         iv) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, which may lead to termination of membership.
         v) The Agency does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information on the service.
